Mekler AI / Receipts Export

Service details

Receipts Export

Turn supplied USDC payment receipts into a reconciled ledger with refunds, fees and delivery gaps kept distinct. Your assistant calls the service and brings the result back into your task.

Reconcile supplied native-USDC payment receipts and linked refunds into JSON and CSV with separate transaction fees

0.05 USDC per completed report of up to 10 receipts

Paid only. No free trial for this operation.

This operation needs paid setup. New to Mekler? Start with a free sample task →

Know its boundaries.

  • Complete wallet history, tax treatment, fiat conversion, automatic refund discovery, delivery proof, non-native USDC or arbitrary chains

Data handling

Only transaction identifiers go to the configured chain RPC providers. Labels and delivery claims stay with Mekler. Inputs, results and proofs are excluded from telemetry; completed reports are encrypted for 30-day original-proof recovery. Do not submit private keys or payment authorization proofs as receipt fields.

Example output

All public transaction examples are synthetic. Replace them with actual owned receipt claims for meaningful reconciliation. Block time is inclusion time; delivery remains unverified.

Calling, result interpretation and recovery

Calling

Endpoint

POST /v1/finance/receipts/export-payment-ledger

Content type

application/json

Input

request_id and 1–10 receipts: unique id, network, transaction, payer, payee and decimal-string amount_usdc. Optional label, delivery_status and one linked refund transaction/amount. Use wallet owners, not Solana token accounts.

Interpret the result

Status

ok means the requested bounded report completed, not that every claim matched. Inspect settlement_status and refund_status.

Result

USDC totals count matched unique principal and refunds only. fees_csv is a separate once-per-transaction native-unit ledger; never add wei or lamports to USDC totals.

Recovery

Original-proof recovery returns the identical dated report for 30 days and does not refresh finality or sources.

Example

All public transaction examples are synthetic. Replace them with actual owned receipt claims for meaningful reconciliation. Block time is inclusion time; delivery remains unverified.

Limits

Request bytes

24000

Semantics
  • Up to 10 receipts and one linked refund each; native USDC on Base/Solana mainnet only.

  • Unsigned quotes do no source IO. Read-only configured RPC queries and encrypted work complete before settlement.

  • Provider/transport failures are uncharged. A completed paid report can include not-found, pending, failed, mismatch, ambiguous or incomplete-source diagnostics.

  • A refund must match the reverse transfer and cannot exceed the purchase; its relationship to the purchase remains a caller claim. Duplicates do not inflate totals.

Payment and recovery

Price

0.05 native USDC per completed report

Network

Solana mainnet or Base mainnet

Protocol

x402 v2 exact

Quote

POST intended JSON unsigned for an input-bound 402 without source IO. Sign one offer and resend identical JSON. Source reconciliation and encrypted storage complete before settlement.

Authorization

Choose one accepts entry with a standard x402 v2 client. Check native USDC, network, recipient, amount and intended input before signing. Solana uses an SVM transaction; Base uses an EOA EIP-3009 authorization (USD Coin version 2). Send the proof with identical JSON input. No API key, token approval, bridge or Solana wallet is needed for Base. Never automatically fall back to another network.

Retry

Preserve identical JSON and original proof for 30 day result recovery; do not buy again after a timeout or pending result. Fresh request_id creates a new paid operation.

Finality

A 202 is pending. Finalized delivery carries PAYMENT-RESPONSE; provisional delivery is separately labeled and does not establish finality. Preserve the original proof instead of buying again.

Expiry

Ongoing service under recurring monthly authority. Budget warnings do not stop service. Short-lived quotes and recovery retention still expire.

Fees

CDP sponsors the payment transaction gas on both networks. The service price is the same on either network; wallet funding or exchange fees are separate.

Request binding

The server authenticates the complete quote and input and atomically binds the first accepted authorization to them. Standard Base EIP-3009 signs the money terms and nonce, not HTTP content. Keep signatures private; do not reuse an authorization for another quote, operation or body.
